Fondue gondola

Very private: in the authentic gondola in the hotel garden, the guests can enjoy a typical regional fondue menu in a small group of up to six people.

Opening hours

Lunch: 12 to 2 pm
Dinner: 7 to 9 pm

Menu

  • Aperitif platter with sliced cheese, dried meat and pickles

  • Schönrieder fondue with potatoes and bread

  • Meringue with heavy cream

Price per person

CHF 85.– excl. drinks

The fondue gondola is not part of the ERMITAGE culinary experience. An amount of CHF 20 per person will be credited for the Dîner Absent.
