ERMITAGE Stuben

Stube or Stübchen: Each of our eight restaurant parlors has its own charm. Lovingly and thoughtfully furnished, there are surprising details to discover everywhere. Whether in the Stübchen among yourselves or in a Stube together with other guests – discover the place where you prefer to dine.

Parlour made entirely of light-coloured wood with carpet with silhouette pattern

ERMITAGE Stube

The ERMITAGE Stube is decorated entirely in light wood and lovingly furnished. The carpet with a silhouette motif is a special design element of the parlor. Paper cutting is a traditional craft in the Saanenland and can be traced back to the 18th century. The artist Beatrice Straubhaar continues the tradition.

Laurenz-Stube

Inspired by the changing times: the Laurenz-Stube combines traditional elements with a modern furnishing concept. The Laurenz-Stube goes back to Laurenz Schmid, one of the founders of the ERMITAGE Wellness- & Spa-Hotel.

Room lined entirely in wood with decorative panels, set tables, large window front

Lutz-Stube

The completely wood-paneled Lutz-Stube is bright and spacious with its large panoramic window. The works on the wall are designed by Mrs. Lutz-Keppler. She is the mother of Heiner Lutz, one of the founders of Hotel ERMITAGE.

Restaurant with set tables, painted wooden ceiling above, benches and armchairs lined with red cushions

Kranich-Stube

The Kranich-Stube with its red and white furnishing concept is dedicated to the heraldic animal of the municipality of Saanen, the crane bird. Dogs are also welcome in this parlor.

Restaurant with black and white floor tiles, skylight and glass door to the terrace

Orangerie

The spacious orangery in the style of a conservatory is furnished with lots of light-colored wood and glass.

Saane-Stube

The Saane-Stube is a typical regional living room. Large-format silhouettes by artist Beatrice Straubhaar hang on the walls. The antique wooden tables and fine linen give the room an authentic feel.

Chuchichäschtli

Our guests have known the rustic charm of the Chuchichäschtli for more than twenty years. The tiled stove and linen bedding make our parlor a popular original.

Füürgruebe

The Füürgruebe has a Swiss-Alpine feel: lots of wood, light-colored leather, cowhide and an open fireplace are reminiscent of the traditional alpine huts of the Bernese Oberland; the only thing missing is the cheesemaker.
