Classics in a traditional setting
Christine Schopfer is your guest at the Fondue Spycher. She is known to many from the Moosbar in Gstaad-Schönried. With her uncomplicated manner, she creates a pleasant atmosphere and keeps the fondue tradition alive.
She serves regional fondue specialities in our cosy Fondue Spycher. In addition to the classic cheese fondue and raclette, there is fondue chinoise to order and vegan fondue. A chocolate fondue is also a must.

We recommend to make your reservation early.
The Fondue Spycher is not part of the ERMITAGE Culinary Programme. An amount of CHF 20 per person will be credited for the Dîner Absent.
