Vegetarian, vegan, lactose-free or gluten-free – at Hotel ERMITAGE hotel guests eat according to their taste. Best of all: the food is included.
You will find a large selection of fresh products at the breakfast buffet. We also offer wholesome alternatives for gluten-free or vegan diets. We serve bread, fruit, yogurt and juices in the bathrobe area in the Brunnenstube.

7.30 a.m. (Brunnenstube) or 8 a.m. until 11 a.m.
At lunchtime we offer you a light lunch rich in vitamins. Treat yourself to the soup and salad of the day in the Orangerie or in the bathrobe area in the Brunnenstube. Of course you can also eat à la carte in the Orangerie (not included in the ERMITAGE cuisine).

In the afternoon, you can nibble as you please from our cake table in the Bärgblick – accompanied by live music from our pianists.

In the evening, we spoil you with a rich salad and bread buffet, a selection of seasonal and regional starters and main courses as well as a variety of desserts and a cheese buffet. Alternatively, the evening menu offers you a wide selection (not included in the ERMITAGE Culinary).
