Find performance, clarity and inner peace with the neuraletics concept from Dr Knut Rackebrandt. It utilises findings from both neuroscience and sports medicine.

Clear, effective, sustainable: two 45-minute sessions await you every day (except Saturdays and public holidays) to boost your energy, promote your mobility and support your inner balance. You can also develop your skills in innovative programmes such as ‘Neuro-Fit’ and ‘Mind-Balance’.

We provide you with specific tools and techniques so that you can apply what you have learnt in your everyday life.

Course leader

Dr. Rackebrandt is the founder of neuraletics GmbH and has many years of experience as a personal trainer. He lectures at the University of Bremen and at the University of Applied Sciences for Sport and Management in Potsdam. Together with his team, he has developed the neuraletics concept. ‘Only if we take a holistic approach to prevention, training and health and include our brain and nervous system on an equal footing will we be able to realise our full performance potential.’

Explanation of terms

NeuroFit

Special movement exercises activate neuronal networks, improve coordination, responsiveness and mental performance. NeuroFit promotes both physical fitness and mental agility.

Mind Balance

In this unit, you will learn techniques to reduce stress and improve your mental performance. Through meditation, breathing exercises and cognitive strategies, you will find inner peace and increase your concentration and resilience.

Brain Body Harmony

This practice combines Asian health techniques and mindfulness exercises. Gentle stretches, postures and meditative elements promote flexibility and mental balance.

Alpine Qi Gong

Chinese art of movement in the fresh Alpine air: with flowing movements and special breathing techniques, Qi Gong harmonises the flow of energy in the body.

Calligraphy Yoga

This method combines yoga movements with the art of calligraphy. Characters are imitated with the whole body. This trains concentration, body awareness and coordination.

Back fitness

Back fitness helps to prevent postural damage, relieve tension and stabilise the spine.

Full-body fitness

The comprehensive training programme covers all muscle groups and promotes strength, endurance and flexibility.

AIRIS AI Brainathletics

This AI-supported training programme promotes visual, cognitive and motor skills. AIRIS KI Brainathletics puts together your individual exercise programme according to your needs.

Techniques to improve sleep

From relaxing to tips for a sleep-promoting environment, you will receive valuable information to improve your sleep quality and wake up refreshed.
