Our course leader

Nadine Weiss has been practising yoga for 15 years and completed part of her training in India. In her classes, she combines dynamic movements with mindfulness and balance and creates space for physical and mental growth.

Prerequisites

This retreat is aimed at anyone, regardless of experience, who would like to deepen their practice and calm down at the same time. Nadine Weiss will cater to your individual level and adapt the exercises accordingly.

Daily structure

Contents and times may vary. You will receive the exact programme* at the start of the retreat or on request in advance. Explanations will follow at the beginning of the retreat.

Notes

In the afternoon there is time for wellness, excursions, massages and treatments at the hotel. All meals can be taken together.

Explanation of terms

Yang Yoga

This dynamic form of yoga combines breath and movement in flowing sequences that strengthen the muscles, promote flexibility and increase mindfulness. The morning practice gets you going and gives you the energy you need to start the day with clarity and inner strength.

Yin Yoga

This calm, meditative form of yoga allows you to relax your connective tissue and stretch your fascia. Yin yoga not only promotes flexibility, but also helps you to create a deeper connection to your inner self and calm your mind.

Breathing exercises and meditation

Discover the transformative effect of breathing techniques and meditation to help you calm your mind and find your inner peace. We practise exercises that strengthen your mindfulness and help you to arrive in the here and now.
